Our leadership structure is designed to provide clarity, coordination, and flexibility within the organization. While we do not operate with rigid departments today, we rely on clearly defined areas of responsibility to keep the organization active, structured, and ready to adapt to any challenge—whether in space, on the ground, or behind the scenes.
Each role listed below reflects current needs and focus areas. Roles may evolve over time, and new ones can be added as we grow.
Highest Level(Director level)
High Commander – leader of the organization; sets overall direction and final decisions.
Executive Officer (XO) – Deputy to the High Commander; ensures orders are carried out and supports all other roles.
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) – Handles long-term planning, diplomacy, expansion, and org relations.
Chief Supply Officer (CSO) – Manages supplies, internal needs, and trade/procurement efforts. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Senior Leadership(Senior Manager level)
Operations Commander – Leads and coordinates all mission-based activities, both in space and on the ground. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Functional Roles(Manager level)
Systems Officer – Oversees backend, servers, integrations, and internal tools.
Strategic Advisor – Offers guidance on strategy, doctrine, and long-term direction.
Tactical Officer – Leads a small squad within a discipline and acts as a communication bridge to command.
