Participating in a 7Hills Event #
To ensure our events are conducted efficiently and professionally, all participants must follow the guidelines below.
Standardized Equipment and Attire #
At every event, all agents are required to wear the 7Hills Industries standard suit, unless otherwise instructed. This is crucial to:
- Facilitate identification of our own forces.
- Promote uniformity and professionalism.
- Minimize the risk of mistakes in the field.

During official 7Hills events, the user list on Spectrum often shows who has the “Party Lead” role. #
For New Players: How to Add Others in Spectrum & Identify Party Leads
To ensure smooth coordination and communication during events, we ask all new participants to take the following steps before and during the event:
Add Players in Voice Chat #
- When you’re in voice comms, try to add everyone you hear speaking to your Spectrum friends list, especially the person acting as Party Lead.
- This helps you get grouped faster, invited to parties, and stay connected between events.
How to Add Players #
- Go to Spectrum and log in.
- In the top-right corner, click the “Friends” icon (two figures).
- Then click the “+” icon to add a player.
- Use their exact Spectrum handle (not their in-game name) when searching.
When to Ask #
- Ask once in voice for a party invite and dont forget to say who is requesting the invite. Ex, Can Mph3 have a party invite..
- If you don’t get a response right away, wait a few minutes before asking again – people might be mid-operation.
Identifying Official Party Leads #

- During official 7Hills events, check our Discord to see who has the “Party Lead” role.
- If someone with that role is active in your voice channel, they are likely coordinating the event. Add them on Spectrum as a priority.
By making these connections, you help us build tighter coordination, improve team effectiveness, and get more out of every operation.
Punctuality and Respect #
All participants are expected to be on-site and ready with the correct equipment at the time specified in the event details. The event time is not the start of preparations – it is the time we are ready to act.
Being on time is a fundamental sign of respect for everyone’s time and ensures a smooth and effective start.
By following these guidelines, you contribute to the professional and efficient execution of our events.
7Hills Industries – Professionalism and teamwork in every mission.
